The influence of different operative time of laparoscopic cholecystectomy on systemic inflammatory response

目的 研究腹腔镜胆囊切除术时间长短对机体炎症反应的影响。方法 将60例需行胆囊切除术患者按手术时间长短分为3组 ,每组20例。围手术期测C -反应蛋白 (CRP)和白介素 -6(IL-6)浓度 ,并观察术后体温情况。结果 术后第1天最高体温3组间无明显差异 (p>0.05) ;IL-6和CRP血浆浓度在各组手术后明显增高 ,而且增高的幅度随手术时间的延长而增大 (p<0.05)。结论

Objective To investigate the influence of different operative time of laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC)on systemic inflammatory respones. Methods 60patients undergoing LC were randomly divided into3groups according to operative time.Body temperature,C response protein(CRP)and interleukin-6(IL-6)were assayed in the perioperative period. Results Body temperatur had no significant difference among3groups.Plasma levels of CRP and IL-6were increased after LC,and significantly higher in the group of more operative time(p<0.05). Conclusion The sysˉtemic inflammatory response was enhanced after prolonging operative time of LC.
