摘要
个人知识与组织知识的相互转化是既有利于组织也有利于个人的复杂过程,本文将在前人成果的基础上,明确知识转化的主体———个人与组织,探讨知识的特性,对知识进行二维分类,进而揭示个人知识与组织知识的相互转化机理,创新性地构建实现转化的机制,为实现知识的价值最大化提供理论基础和实践指南。
It is a complicated process for personal knowledge and organizational knowledge to transform to each other. Both organization and individual can get benefits from knowledge.Based on the summary of previous knowledge management theories, this paper identifies both individual and organization are the dominant participants of knowledge transformation process, then explores the characteristics of knowledge and classifies knowledge in 2 dimensions. Furthermore, it clarifies the theory explaining how personal knowledge and organizational knowledge transform to each other and establishes the mechanism of knowledge transformation creatively, which provides theoretical foundations and practical guidelines to maximize the value of knowledge.
