摘要
东湖新技术开发区经过15年的发展,在人力资源开发与管理方面取得了可喜的成绩,但还存在诸多制约人才高地形成的因素。本文从研究东湖新技术开发区人力资源管理存在的主要问题入手,提出了加强和改进人力资源管理的主要措施。
Wuhan East-lake Hi-tech Development Zone has undergone 15 years of development and obtained gratifying achievements in human resources development and management, but it still has some disadvantages preventing the formation of talent highland. This thesis starts with studying the major issues in human resources management in the development zone and then puts forward measures that will strengthen and improve the human resources management.
