摘要
乡村政府职能的弱化对农村教育的发展有着多方面的不利影响 ,要解脱农村教育的痛苦 ,先解决乡村政府职能弱化的问题是非常有必要的 。
The thesis points out some disadvantages in the development of rural education, as a result of the weakening of the function of the township government, which plays an import role in the renovation of the problem of rural education. As the same time, the thesis offers some innovative suggestions on how to strengthen the function of the township government.
