关于地方师范院校文科基地人才培养模式改革的思考

Study on the Mode of Education of Talent in the Local Normal Universities’ Art Science Bases

现行的以 4年学制、本硕分开 ,30人编班、中期筛选为核心的地方师范院校文科基地人才培养模式存在着不少问题 ,不利于多快好地培养文科基础人才 ,应该改为 6年学制。

There are much problem in the mode of education of talent in the local normal universities’ bases that is characterized by four years’ system, the separation of undergraduate and graduate phase, 30 students per a class, and the choose system in the course of four years. The mode has some serious faults in educating talents of art science more and better and quickly, and it should change into a new mode that is characterized by the 6 years’ system and the continuous studying in the undergraduate and graduate phase.
