After China joined into WTO, the reform of law education system must be advanced objectively. Law education in China should grasp the historical chance of China's access to WTO, renew its training goal and adjust the disposal structure of education resources rationally. At the same time, the law education should be built as the gatekeeper of law professional. Furthermore, the authors also realized that it is important to disposing the relationship between public management and academic autonomy reasonably.
