摘要
本文针对高校后勤社会化改革后面临的新问题,提出了必须加强高校后勤社会化改革的思想政治工作,并从提高后勤职工的素质、观念的转变、工作内容、方法改进等方面提出了加强思想政治工作具体可行性对策。
In view of the new problems arising from the socialized reform in universities and colleges rear service, the paper suggests that we should strengthen the ideological and political work in the course of the reform .Besides, we should put forward the concrete feasible countermeasure in the fields of enhancing the quality of the rear service staff, changing the ideas, work content and improvement of methods.
