摘要
激励机制的发挥能调动学生学习的积极性,发挥其内在潜力,增强学生信心以及实现自我价值等多方面的作用。但若使用不当,会适得其反。正确的使用方法:为激励机制的产生创造一定的前提条件;充分利用调动激励机制的产生的外因;着重激发学生本身的内部因素。
The development of encouragement mechanism can bring students' initiative into study, exploit inherent potentialities, heighten their learning confidence and fulfil self-value etc. But if this mechanism can't be used properly, which will lead to just the opposite. The correct ways are: first, creating certain possible conditions that suit to evolement of encouragement mechanism; second, taking advantage of external causes that arouse encouragement mechanism; third, stimulating students' internal causes emphatically.
