结肠黑变病患者结肠上皮细胞的凋亡

APOPTOSIS OF COLONIC EPITHELIAL CELLS AND FOLLOW UP IN MELANOSIS COLI PATIENTS

目的:研究结肠黑变病患者结肠上皮细胞的凋亡情况并对其密切随访。方法:对确诊的36例结肠黑变病患者进行每3-6月的密切随访。以TNL法检测18倒结肠黑变病、15例对照组、10例在随访中病变颜色加深及12例病变颜色变浅患者的结肠上皮细胞的凋亡指数。结果:四组中结肠上皮细胞凋亡指数的两两比较均无显著性差异。结论:结肠黑变病不会影响结肠上皮细胞的凋亡。

Objective: To investigare the apoptosis of colonic epithelial cells in Melanosis Coli (MC) patients and make an in tensive follow up for them. Method: Close follow up for every 3 to 6 months were performed in 36 MC - confirmed pa tients. Apoptosis Index (AI) were measured by means of TUNEL in 18 cases of MC,15 cases of controls, 10 cases of deeper and 12 cases of shallower in pigment of lesion during follow up period.Results: The AI of MC group, control group, deeper group and shallower group were 6.5%±2.8% (range3.5%-9.1%), 7.2%±3.6% (4.7%-10.9%), 5.6%±3.9% (2.9%-9.8%) and7.5%-3.1% (5.2%-12.3%) respectively, and there were not any significant difference in inter - group compari son among four groups (p>0.05).Conclusion: Melanosis coli don't affect apoptosis of colonic epithelial cells.
