茵栀黄注射液治疗黄疸的疗效分析

CLINICAL EFFECT OF YINZHIHUANG ON VARIOUS JAUNDICE

目的:探讨茵桅黄注射液对各种原因所致黄疸的临床疗效。方法:150例黄疸患者(肝细胞性黄疸80例,胆汁淤积性黄疸63例,先天性黄疸7例),随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组78例,对照组72例,两组均给予保肝、支持、输液等治疗,同时治疗组采用茵桅黄注射液30ml加入5%葡萄糖注射液250ml中静脉滴注,1次/d,2周为一疗程。2周后评估临床症状及抽血复查血总胆红素水平。结果:治疗后两组患者临床症状及血总胆红素水平均明显好转,治疗组优于对照组,以对肝细胞性及胆汁淤积性黄疸的疗效更为显著。结论:茵栀黄注射液对各种原因所致黄疸均有较好疗效,尤其对肝细胞性及胆汁淤积性黄疸疗效显著。

Objective: To study the clinical effect of yinzhihuang on various jaundice. Method: 150 patients with jaundice (80 hepatogenous jaundice, 63 obstructive jaundice and 7 congenital jaundice) were randomly divided into control group (n = 72) and treatment group (n = 78), Yinzhihuang injection (30ml·d-1, introvein drip) was applied in treatment group for two weeks, while common drugs were used in control group and treatment group. After the course of treatment ended, the symptoms were ac cessed and Tbil was detected. Results: After treatment, the symptoms and Tbil were improved in two group, but the effect of treatment group was superior to control group (P>0. 05), especially on hepatogenous and obstructive jaundice. Conclusion: ap plictaion of Yinzhihuang injection has a significantly effect on various jaundice, especially on hepatogenous and obstructive jaundice.
