摘要
目的:探讨颅内病变X刀放射外科治疗的疗效及科学性。方法:应用我院早期设计的直线加速器放射外科装置和Leibinger-Fischer系统共治疗颅内病变102例,包括颅内肿瘤、血管瘤和三叉神经痛,并进行随访和分析。结果:73.4%的病例获得随访,治疗的结果与Leksellγ刀的有关的报道相近,并发症少。结论:X刀放射外科是颅内病变的重要治疗手段,疗效确切,其核心技术环节是剂量规划。严格掌握适应症、制定个体化的治疗计划和对整个洽疗过程实施严格的质量控制,是确保疗效、降低并发症的重要措施。
Objective: To explore the therapeutic effect and the rationality of the X knife radiosurgery for treatment of in-tracranial lesions. Method: 1025 cases with intracranial tumors, haemangioma and trifacial neuralgia were treated with Libinger -Fischer LINAC- based radiosurgery system and the stereotactic radiosurgery system designed by our center in the initial stage. The treatment outcome was followed - up and analyzed. Results: 73.4 % of the treated cases were followed - up. The treatment outcome was similar to the reports with Leksell gamma - unit. Conclusion: X knife radiosurgery is an important therapeutic method for intracranial lesions. The treatment outcome is satisfied. Dose planning is the core technical procedure. It is an important measure for ensuring the effect and reducing the complication to carefully select patients, to work out individualized treatment plan and practice quality control strictly all over the procedure.
