脑海绵状血管瘤的显微手术技巧

MICROSURGICAL TREATMENT OF CEREBRAL CAVERNOUS HEMANGIOMA

目的:报告29例脑海绵状血管瘤的显微外科手术治疗。脑海绵状血管瘤系一种先天性脑血管病,外侧裂区多见,通常伴有自发性出血。脑血管造影显示为血管很小的肿块,CT扫描提示为高密度阴影。选择合理的手术入路,采用显微外科技术,注意保护供血动脉和脑组织,仔细分离切除是手术取得成功的关键。

Twenty - nine cases of cerebral cavernous hemangioma (CCH) were treated with microsurgical technique. The au-thours believe thal CCH is a generous cerebrovascular disease characterized by frequently located on the lateral fissure and usually associated with spontaneous hemorrhage. A less vascular mass was shown in brain angiography and a high density of mass shown in CT scanning. Application of microsurgical technique under the operating microscope, protection of the nourishing vessels and careful dissection are the points contributing.
