颈髓髓内肿瘤的显微外科治疗

MICROSURGICAL TREATMENT OF INTRAMEDULLARY CERVICAL CORD TUMOR

目的:探讨颈髓髓内肿瘤的显微手术方法与技巧。方法:回顾性总结分析23例颈髓髓内肿瘤的手术操作方法及疗效。结果:全组均采用显微外科手术切除,无手术死亡。全切除18例(78.3%)。随访3个月至5年,失访3例,实际随访20例。其中16例(80.0%)恢复正常工作,2例(10.0%)生活自理,2例(10.0%)生活不能自理。结论:娴熟的显微外科技巧可提高颈髓髓内肿瘤全切除率。

Objective: To discuss the surgical strategy and technique for intramedullary cervical cord tumor. Method: Mi-crosurgical manipulation and results of follow - up were retrospectively summarized in 23 cases past 6 years. Results: All were removed through microsurgical technique, and there were no death after surgery. Eighteen of them (78.3% ) were totally removed. Follow - up 3 months to 5 years, 20 cases were followed up and 3 cases missed.Sixteen patients (80.0%) returned to work while 2 cases (10.0%) were able to help themselves live normal life. Two cases (10.0%) were not able to live alone. Conclusion: Microsurgical technique, which can enhance the ratio of tumor remova, is recommended as ultimate treatment to intramedullary cervical cord tumor.
