用高分辨MRI和三维体积分析软件行人海马、杏仁核三维重建及体积测算 被引量:2

摘要 研究证实,颞叶内侧结构尤其是海马(hippocampus,HC)和杏仁核(amygdala,AG)在人类学习、记忆和情感等方面起着重要作用,也与某些神经精神疾病如癫痫、精神分裂症、抑郁症、阿尔茨海默氏病等有重要关系。用MRI和三维体积分析软件测算人海马、杏仁核体积,可用于准确评估海马杏仁核与上述疾病发生发展的关系以及相应治疗方案的制定。随着磁共振技术和计算机技术的进步,既往的研究技术已显陈旧和粗略。本研究用高分辨MRI和三维体积分析软件Surglplan测算健康成年日本人海马。
