von Hippel-Lindau病(附3例报告)
摘要
von Hippel-Lindau(VHL)病是一种常染色体显性遗传的家族性多系统肿瘤综合征，临床少见，涉及多个系统。在中枢神经系统常表现为多发性血管网织细胞瘤，临床表现多样化，根治困难。作者曾收治3例，现报道并结合文献进行分析。
