摘要
目的以中华生存质量量表的研制过程为例,探讨因子分析法在研制生存质量测定量表中的应用。方法在中国南北两个省(宁夏和广东)抽取273例研究对象,用中华生存质量量表(草表)进行问卷调查,利用因子分析法对调查结果进行分析。结果通过对中华生存质量量表的78个条目进行筛选和因子结构模型的验证,确定了50个条目,结构更加合理的生存质量量表。结论因子分析是生存质量测定量表研制过程中一种行之有效的统计分析方法。
To explore the application of factor analysis in creating a new health related questionnaire for evaluating quality of life, the Chinese for Quality of Life Instrument (ChQOL). MethodsTwo hundred and seventy three subjects selected from two provinces of North China (Ningxia) and South China (Guangdong) were investigated by ChQOL, and the preliminary version was completed with factor analysis. Results Fifty items were developed using factor analysis. The final structure model of ChQOL was confirmed through the screening and verification of factor structural model on the 78 items of ChQOL, a new questionnaire with more rational structure was confirmed. ConclusionFactor analysis is an effective method in developing new question naire.
