摘要
通过对第二次SRAS防控期间连续 4 9天网易新闻论坛上网友的相关评论进行统计分析 ,实证地揭示有关防控措施的社会心理成效和现阶段我国公众在面临潜在公共卫生危机时的心理反应特征。这一研究的第一手资料不是通过问卷调查中的被动答问 ,而是通过样本对象的自主表达获得的 ,具有问卷法不可替代的独特作用 ,结果也殊异于问卷法。这对于了解我国现阶段的社会心理和在面临潜在公共卫生危机时的应对措施等问题包含了有价值的启示。
Positively reveal the social psychological effects of the second prevention and control of SARS and character of the domestic public psychological reaction to the potential public health crisis by the statistical analysis on the continuously 49-day arguments commented in News Forum of Net Ease during the period of preventing and controlling SARS. The original data used in this study are acquired from the sample's initiative expression rather than from the passive answer in questionnaire. It is different from questionnaire in both effect and outcome. It is valuable both in revealing the current domestic social psychology and taking measures when the government confronts with potential public health crisis.
