Process Modeling Research of Die & Mould Rapid Prototyping Manufacturing Based on Web

本文结合Web技术与快速原型制造技术,提出了基于Web开展模具快速原型制造应用与服务。简要介绍了过程与过程建模的概念,对基于Web的模具快速原型制造的过程进行了分析,并依据Petri网理论,给出了基于Web的模具快速原型制造过程的系统描述。最后,给出了基于Web的模具快速原型制造过程的Petri网模型。

To reconstruct the traditional industry with information technology and advanced manufacturing technology has become the primary developing trends of contemporary die & mould industry. In this paper, combined with Web and rapid prototyping manufacturing technology, developing die & mould rapid prototyping manufacturing based on Web is put forward. The concept of process and process modeling is briefly introduced, then the process of die & mould rapid prototyping manufacturing based on Web is analyzed, and the process is described in term of Petri net. In the end, Petri net model for the process is provided.
