摘要
为了提高车辙测试的自动化程度,在进行车辙试验时方便地控制测试小车的行程,用步进电机驱动小车代替传统的曲柄连杆机构驱动;步进电机为五相混合式,环行分配和功率放大为自制的集成式五相混合式驱动电源;电机的加减速采用平滑的正弦曲线,满足电机的起动频率和运行频率,减少了系统的冲击。
To increasing the automation degree of rut tests and controlling the small car route conveniently, a stepper motor replaces the traditional crank connecting rod organization for small car drives; The stepper motor is five interblend type-phase and mixed with self-control integrated five phase driver for ring like distribution and power ampliyude; The smooth sine speed wave is adopt in order to satisfying motor's stating and moving frequency. The sine speed wave reduces the impact of the system.
