摘要
介绍了用标准齿轮滚刀加工非标准圆柱齿轮时,滚刀的选择和机床的调整方法。分析了由于滚刀基节与齿轮基节不相等,造成的齿轮加工误差。此误差可通过在公法线长度方向上加大留磨量,进行磨齿予以消除。此方法对齿轮修配具有一定的指导作用。
This paper introduces the hob choice and machine adjustment using standard gear hob to process non-standard cylinder gears, and analyzes the gear machining error resulting from the unequal hob and gear pitch of teeth. The error can be avoided by increasing the gear grinding allowance in length of common normal line to grind gear. This method has certain instructive effect on the gear making repairs and supplying replacements.
