影响糖尿病患者生存质量与疾病需求的相关因素研究

Correlative Factors Influencing Quality of Life and Disease Concern in Diabetic Patients

目的 对影响糖尿病患者生存质量和疾病需求的影响因素进行相关分析。方法 采用糖尿病患者特异性量表 (DSQL)和自编疾病需求量表对 10 4例糖尿病患者进行评价研究 ,单因素分析用Spearman’s相关分析 ,多因素分析用偏相关系数分析和多元逐步回归进行统计分析。结果 生理功能维度受损最大 ,疑难解答需求最高 ,经济条件和大血管并发症是 7个因素中对两种量表得分都有影响的因素。结论 应对低收入患者提供更多的门诊和住院的关怀帮助 ,提高医护人员对合并大血管疾病的糖尿病患者的健康教育方法和技巧。

Objective To study correlative factors influencing quality of life and disease concern in diabetic patients.Methods 104 DM patients were surveyed with respect to quality of life and disease concern. The data obtained were evaluated with DSQL and self-designed measurement forms.The influencing factors were analyzed by Spearman’s correlation and stepwise regression.Results The dimensionality of physical function was more serious than that of other factors and concern about the disease was mainly reflected by their demand for explaining difficult problems about the disease.The economic condition and complication of major vascular diseases are two factors influencing both measurement forms.Conclusion More attention should be paid to patients with low income so far as clinical and hospital treatment is concerned. Health education should be fostered by doctors and nurses in patients complicated with major vascular illnesses,and more humane patient-doctor/nurse communication should be encouraged.
