护理人员继续学历教育状况分析

Current Status of Continuing Education in Nurses

目的 了解护理人员继续学历教育状况。方法 采取描述性研究方法对医院 3 0 2名护理人员继续教育学历情况进行调查。结果 有 97.2 4%护理人员利用业余时间积极参加继续学历教育 ;在正编的 14 6人护理人员中 ,有 10 2人 ( 69.86% )通过继续学历教育已获得大专以上学历、有 2 9名 ( 19.86% )在读继续学历教育 ;在聘用的 15 6名护理人员中 ,有 43人 (占 2 7.5 6% )通过继续学历教育已获得大专以上学历、有 117名 ( 75 .0 0 % )在读继续学历教育。结论 在新的人事制度下 ,护理管理者要重视护理人员的继续学历教育 ,在加强正式编制护理人员继续学历教育的同时 ,应重视聘用护理人员的继续学历教育。

Objective To analyze the current status of continuing education in nurses.Methods Continuing education of 302 nurses was investigated.Results 97.24% nurses took part in continuing education in free time;102(69.86%) staff nurses completed courses for three-year college study,undergraduates,or postgraduates. 29 (19.86%) staff nurses were on training.43 (27.56%) contract nurses completed college and graduate programs;117(75.00%) contract nurses were on training. Conclusion Under the new system of human resource management, continuing education in nurses should be strengthened.
