Effect Analyses of ISO 9001 in the Management of the Disinfection & Supply Department

目的 提高消毒供应室的管理质量。方法 引入ISO90 0 1标准 ,建立文件化的消毒供应室质量管理体系 ,严格按体系文件落实各项工作 ,体现顾客导向的服务战略 ,加强过程管理 ,严格进行内部质量体系审核 ,充分利用质量信息持续改进质量。结果 实施ISO90 0 1标准 12个月后物品回收、洗涤、包装、灭菌、发放的过程质量和终末质量 ,以及服务满意度均明显提高 ,数据经t检验和 χ检验差异有非常明显的统计学意义 (P <0 .0 1) ,内部质量体系审核发现不合格项由第 1次的 5项减少到第 2次的 2项 ,各项质量目标达标 ,顺利通过认证审核。结论 合理、适宜的质量体系文件对质量建设起到导向和促进作用 ,推行国际质量体系标准进一步培植了员工的质量意识和开拓了管理思路 ,科学先进的质量管理方法提高了质量管理的效果。

Objective To improve the management quality of the Disinfection & Supply Department.Methods ISO 9001 quality system was introduced and a quality management system of the Disinfection & Supply Department was established, which were strictly applied to every aspect of work by bettering client-oriented services, reinforcing process management,carrying out strict internal quality evaluation and making full use of quality information to improve the quality continuously.Results After 12 months the process quality and eventual quality of callbacking, washing, packing, sterilizing, distributing and the satisfaction rate increased significantly (P<0.01).The number of unqualified items reduced from 5 in the first internal quality evaluation to 2 in the second internal quality evaluation. All the quality goals were realized.Conclusion Rational and feasible management quality system documents play a directive and boosting role in quality control. Introduction of the international quality system standards can foster the quality consciousness of the staff members and broaden their management perspectives.Scientific and advanced quality management methods are able to enhance quality management effects.
