摘要
采用全回流操作方法对甲基氯硅烷分馏装置精馏塔中填料的等板高度 (He)、操作气速、泛点百分率、冷凝器、再沸器的传热系数等进行了实际测定 ,对精馏塔工艺操作参数和设计参数进行了评价 ,并对影响二甲基二氯硅烷单体纯度的因素进行了分析。结果表明 :对甲基氯硅烷单体物系 ,采用CY型镀锌铁丝波纹网填料的He为 0 3 1 5 2m ,采用CY型磷青铜波纹网填料的He为 0 2 0 1 4m ;为提高二甲基二氯硅烷的纯度 ,增加精馏塔是必要的。新增塔投入运行后 ,经二甲基二氯硅烷的纯度、水裂解工序的操作性及产品质量等指标验证 ,达到了预期的效果。
The height equivalent to theoretical plate (He),velocity of operation vapor,percentage of flooding point,heat transfer coefficient of condensator and reboiler of distillation column of methyl chlorosilane distillation bench were mensurated actually by total reflux process.The operating parameter and design parameter of distillation column were evaluated.The elements affecting purity of dimethyldichlorosilane were analyzed.The results showed that He of CY galvanized iron wire corrugated gauze packing was 0.3152 m,while He of CY phosphorus bronze galvanized iron wire corrugated gauze packing was 0.2014 m.It was necessary to add more distillation tower for improving the purity of dimethyldichlorosilane.When new tower put into use,verifying the purity of dimethyldichlorosilane,operability of hydrolyzed and cracked process and product quality,it got the desired results.
