摘要 分析了有机硅硬质涂料作聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯 (PMMA)树脂光学镜片的表面增硬剂时 ,涂装工艺对PMMA树脂光学镜片各项性能的影响。给出了适宜的涂装工艺 :涂装室的室温 1 8~ 2 2℃、相对湿度45 %~ 5 5 % ;PMMA树脂光学镜片浸渍涂覆的提升速度 2 5cm/min ;涂覆后预固化温度 3 0~ 5 0℃、预固化时间 1 0~ 2 0min ,固化温度 80~ 90℃、固化时间 2~ 3h。采用该涂装工艺涂装有机硅硬质涂料后 ,PMMA树脂光学镜片上涂膜的厚度为 3~ 4μm ,镜片表面的铅笔硬度由 2H提高到 6H ,且其耐热、耐温水、耐溶剂等性能得到改善。 The effects of painting technology of silicone hard coating served for surface hardener of polymethyl methacrylate(PMMA) optical lens on the properties of PMMA optical lens were analyzed.The agreeable painting processes were that the temperature of finishing room was 18~22 ℃,relative humidity was 45%~55%,the lifting velocity of dipping PMMA optical lens was 25cm/min,pre-curing temperature and time were respectively 30~50 ℃ and 10~20min,cure temperature and time were respectively 80~90 ℃ and 2~3 h.After painting self-made silicone hard coating at the agreeable painting processes,the coating thickness of self-made silicone hard coating on PMMA optical lens was 3~4μm,the surface hardness of PMMA optical lens was 6H,and the properties of heat resistant,water resistant and solvent resistant of PMMA optical lens were improved.
