血小板膜糖蛋白Ⅱb/Ⅲa评估房颤并发血栓栓塞的临床价值 被引量：5

摘要 房颤患者血浆中血小板膜糖蛋白Ⅱb／Ⅲa含量明显增加,提示血小板激活是其发生血栓栓塞的因素之一。检测血小板膜糖蛋白Ⅱb／Ⅲa对于评估房颠患者血栓栓塞危险性,指导抗凝及减少栓塞事件的发生有重要的临床意义。
