摘要
通过测定聚合物与破乳剂的分配系数、脱水率、油水界面剪切粘度、界面膜强度和界面张力等参数 ,研究了稠油聚合物驱原油破乳作用机理 ,并对各种影响因素进行了分析。疏水缔合型聚合物在油相中的分配系数大于超高分子量部分的水解聚丙烯酰胺 ,破乳剂在油相中的分配系数大于水相 ,辅助剂使破乳剂在油、水相中的分配趋于均匀化 ;油水界面剪切粘度随原油浓度增大而提高 ,聚合物使界面剪切粘度上升 ,破乳剂和辅助剂使界面剪切粘度降低 ;聚合物提高界面膜强度 ,破乳剂削弱界面膜强度 ,辅助剂与破乳剂的复合体系可进一步削弱界面膜强度 ;疏水缔合型聚合物使原油的界面张力降低 ,破乳剂。
The demulsification mechanism in polymer flooding of heavy oil has been studied by measuring partitiaon coefficients (p c) of polymer and demulsifier, inerfacial shearing viscosity (η s), strength of interface film and interface tension (γ), and the various constraint factors are analyzed as well. The results have shown that: (1) in an oil phase, the hydrophobic associating polymer AP-P4 is higher in pc than the partially hydrolyzed polyacrylamide PHP with super-high molecular weight, the pc of demulsifier in an oil phase is higher than that in a water phase, and a co-demulsifier can homogenize pc of demulsifier in a oil phase and a water phase; (2)η s will increase with enhancing oil concentration or by adding polymer, but it will decrease by adding demulsifier and co-demulsifier; (3) the strength of interface film will be enhanced by adding polymer, reduced by adding demulsifier and further reduced by adding both demulsifier and co-demulsifier; (4)γ of oil will decrease by adding AP-P4 and greatly decrease by adding demulsifier or demulsifier/co-demulsifier.
