摘要
CO2 均匀腐蚀速率预测模型的建立对于海洋石油工程设计及安全生产具有重要意义。针对中国近海油气田生产设备CO2 腐蚀的现场条件 ,系统研究了温度、流速、CO2 分压以及 pH值等环境因素对CO2 均匀腐蚀速率的影响规律 ,在此基础上结合流动条件下的传质过程及离子在腐蚀产物膜中的传质过程 ,建立了单相水介质条件下的CO2 均匀腐蚀速率预测模型 ,并利用实验数据修正了模型中的相关参数。结果表明 ,该预测模型很好地反映了实验规律 。
The establishment of predictive model for CO 2 uniform corrosion is very important to safety production and engineering design of offshore oil industry. To the CO 2 corrosive environment conditions of production equipment in China offshore oilfields, the effect of temperature, flow rate, CO 2 pressure and pH on CO 2 uniform corrosion rate were studied. Based on these data and taking into account of mass transfer in liquid flow and corrosion scale, the CO 2 uniform corrosion predictive model for single water phase flow was established. The results indicated that this predictive model could meet the experimental results well.
