摘要  研究了钢塑复合管材料及成型设备。结果表明:交联后的HDPE材料具有更加优异的力学性能;对HDPE管材料进行复配,并添加一定量的流动改性剂,其加工流动性有显著的改善;利用钢带成管作为骨架,采用五层共挤一步成型法生产钢塑复合管可提高管材的强度,简化生产工艺。 It studied the materials and the moulding equipment of steel-plastic composites pipe. The results showed that the mechanical properties of the cross-linked PP were better than the uncross-linked PP, and the processing flowability of the compounded HDPE pipe material with some flowing agent was improved. The strength of steel-plastic composite pipe with using closed steel pipes for skeleton produced by means of method of five-layer co-extrusion were improved and the production process was also simplified.
