开发抗菌性强、安全无毒的天然防霉防腐剂已成为各国科技开发者的研究热点。本文介绍了天然防霉防腐剂的分类 ,并分产品介绍了其主要品种 ,包括乳酸链球菌素、ε 聚赖氨酸、曲酸、壳聚糖、鱼精蛋白、组蛋白、姜提取物等 12种产品 ,其中乳酸链球菌素已在浙江天台工业生产 ,曲酸已在山东中舜科技发展公司投产 ,壳聚糖已在山东东营市东辰集团建成 5 0 0 0t/a生物法生产装置。
Scientists in the world focus on development of natural antiseptics and anti-mildew agents with strong antibacterial activity, safety and non-toxic property now. The classification of natural antiseptics and anti-mildew agent is introduced, and each main product of which is detailed individually i.e. nisin, ε-poly-L-lysine, kojic acid, chitosan, protemine, histon and ginger extract and so on totally in 12 kinds. Nisin has been produced in Tiantai, Zhejiang Proveince, and the kojic acid is produced in Zhongshun Science & Technology Development Co., Ltd., Shandong Province, and biotechnological production facility for chitosan has completed in Shandong Dongchen Group with a capacity of 5000 t/a.
