缬沙坦对高血压患者左心室舒张功能的影响 被引量:4

Effect of valsartan on left ventricular diastolic function in hypertensive patients.

摘要 目的探讨缬沙坦对高血压患者左心室舒张功能的影响。方法采用自身对照开放试验方法,48例原发性高血压伴左心室舒张功能不全的患者口服缬沙坦80~160mg,1次/d,治疗8周。对治疗前后进行超声多普勒左心功能测量与对照分析。结果与治疗前相比,48例高血压患者治疗8周后,血压显著下降(P<0.01);超声多普勒对照检查显示,心肌重量指数(LVMI)、左心室后壁舒张末期厚度(LVPWT)、室间隔舒张末期厚度(IVST)以及峰值充盈速度A、峰值速度A/峰值速度E比值均明显下降(P<0.01)。结论缬沙坦在降压的同时,能逆转左心室肥厚,有效地改善左心室舒张功能。 Objective To study the effect of valsartan on left ventricular diastolic function in hypertensive patients.Methods 48 patients with left ventricular diastolic dysfunction were given 80 160 mg once a day for 8 weeks.Ultrasonic scanning was performed in all patients and results were compared before and after valsartan treatment.Results After 8 weeks treatment with valsartan,blood pressure was significantly decreased (P<0.01).Ultrasonic scanning indicated that LVMI,LVPWT,IVST,A and A/E indexes were all decreased,with significant difference(P<0.01).Conclusion Valsartan may not only decrease blood pressure,but also reverse the ventricular hypertrophy and improve the left ventricular diastolic function at the same time.
