内镜下食管扩张治疗食管胃吻合口狭窄疗效分析

Therapeutic effect of Savary-Giliard dilator in stenosis of esophagogastric anastomosis.

目的探讨食管胃吻合口狭窄的扩张治疗效果。方法在内镜及监视系统引导下应用SavaryGiliard扩张器治疗食管胃吻合口狭窄216例。结果按Stooler分级,治疗前Ⅱ～Ⅳ级分别为86、58、74例。治疗后0～Ⅲ级分别为149、47、13、7例。结论该扩张器具有良好的弹性、耐压性及膨胀性,扩张无轴向剪力,且操作简便,是治疗食管胃吻合口狭窄的好方法。

Objective To explore the dilating treatment of anastomosis stenosis of esophagus and stomach.Methods 216 cases with stenosis of esophagogastric anastomosis were treated with Savary Giliard dilator.Results According to stooler′s method,there were 86,58 and 74 cases in Ⅱ,Ⅲand Ⅳ degrees,respectively before treatment and 149,47,13 and 7 cases in 0,Ⅰ,ⅡandⅢ degrees,respectively after treatment.Conclusion This dilator is of good elasticity,pressure,self limited reducibility and distensibility,and can be operated easily,which is a good method for treating anastomosis stenosis of esophagus and stomach.
