摘要
目的探讨幽门螺杆菌对大鼠乙酸胃溃疡愈合的作用及机制。方法幽门螺杆菌感染大鼠4周后,制作成乙酸胃溃疡模型,测定胃粘液含量,放免法测定胃粘膜PGE_2含量,硝酸还原酶法测定血清NO含量,放免法测定血浆ET-1含量。结果 Hp+乙酸溃疡组与乙酸溃疡组相比,在第3、8、16天,溃疡指数分别增高(P<0.05);胃粘液、PGE_2的含量分别降低(P<0.01);血清NO、血浆ET-1的含量分别增高(P<0.01)。结论幽门螺杆菌具有延迟大鼠乙酸胃溃疡愈合的作用。
Objective To study the effect and mechanism of Helicobacter pylori on healing of gastric ulcer by acetic acid - induced in rats. Methods A model of gastric ulcer by acetic acid-induced in rats was made after 4 weeks Helicobacter pylori (Hp) infected the rats, the gastric mucus was measured, the content of Prostaglandin F_2PGE_2 was measured with method of radioimmuno-assayin the gastric mucosas; the content of Nitric oxide NO was measured with method of nitroreductase in the serum; the content of Endothelin - 1 ET - 1 was measured with method of radioimmuno - assay in the plasma. Results When the group of Hp + acetic acid ulcer compared with the group of acetic acid ulcer, at 3rd, 8th and 10th day, the ulcer index are separately increasing (P<0.05); the contents of the gastric mucus and PGE_2 are separately de- creasing ( P<0.01); the content of the NO in the serum and the content of the ET - 1 in the plasma are separately increasing (P<0.01). Conclusions The Hp have the effect that they could delay the healing of acetic acid ulcer in rats.
