摘要
目的证明胰岛抵抗数学判别公式(Gt/Go·Ct/Co·Io/It)的适用性、可靠性。为临床判定胰岛素抵抗程度,评价药物治疗效果,提供了简便、客观科学的方法。结果验证了空腹时段正常人、MDDM患者,肘静脉血中G、I、C的浓度相对稳定。即糖代谢过程终末“剩余”平衡。糖负荷后,时点t,肘静脉血中G、I、C的变化度,代人数学式(G/I·C)其计算值在特定范围内振荡,在波动中趋向平衡。结论糖负荷后任意时点t,肘静脉血中G、I、C与自身空腹时段检测值之比,表达这一时点相关因子浓度的变化度。Gt/Go·Ct/Co·Io/It数学式的计算值是时点t,细胞糖代谢“速率”代谢“通量”间接的定量指标。其值为:K±b;K为常数,系数b为振荡幅度。由此可推论与糖代谢相关的细胞、细胞微单元的功能负荷或其病理进程。
Aim: Prove the applicability and reliability of mathematics judgment formula(Gt/Go·Ct/Co·Io/It about insulin resistance. It offers simple and scientific method for judging insulin resistance degree and appraising remedy treatment effect. Result It has proved relative stability of con- centration of blood sugar、insulin and C - peptide in elbow vein blood of normal people and NIDDM cases at limosis stage, Namely, ultimate “residual” equilibrium in the process of metabolism. The variation degree of blood sugar、insulin and C- peptide of elbow vein blood are replaced into mathematics formula (G/I·C) at random point “t” after sugar charge, their calculating value vibrates at a special range and tends to equilibri- um in fluctuation. Conclusion The ratio of their checking value of blood sugar、insulin and C - peptide in elbow vein blood at random point “t” after sugar charge and at limosis express variation degree of relative factors' concentration at this point. The calculating value of this formula Gt/Go ·Ct/Co·Io/It is “velocity” of cell sugar metabolism or indirect fix quantity index of metabolism “throughout”. Its value is: K + b; “K” is constant; coefficient “b” is vibration range. Therefore, the conclusion can be deduced that the cells and cell micro-units related with sugar metabolism is in pathologic stage.
