春露地黄瓜产量性状配合力分析 被引量:2

摘要 以 6个露地黄瓜自交系为材料 ,按完全双列杂交 (不含反交和亲本 )试验方法配制组合 ,进行早期产量及总产量的配合力分析。结果表明 ,两个性状的遗传基本符合加显模型 ,均以加性效应为主。早期产量一般配合力方差占总基因型方差的 91.92 % ,广义遗传力为 86 .3% ,狭义遗传力为 80 .39% ;总产量一般配合力方差占总基因型方差的 82 .92 % ,广义及狭义遗传力分别为 6 4 .16 %和 6 0 .0 2 %。早期产量、总产量一般配合力均以自交系 0 4为最高 ,前者其次为自交系 0 2和 0 1,后者其次为自交系 0 3和 0 1;0 3早期产量特殊配合力方差最高 ,0 6总产量特殊配合力方差最高 ;所配制各组合的早期产量和总产量特殊配合力均以 0 1× 0 The combining ability of early-yield and total-yield character of cucumber were analyzed by using six inbred lines of cucumber cultivated in open field. The results showed that the two characters were mainly controlled by additive genes and their inheritances fit in dominant-additive model mainly. The general combining ability(GCA)variance of early-yield occupied 91.92 % of the whole genotype variance. The board sense heritability is 86.30 % and the narrow sense heritability is 80.39 % for early-yield. The(SCA)variance of total-yield occupied 82.92 % of the whole genotype variance. The board sense heritability and the narrow sense heritability of total-yield is 64.16 % and 60.02 % respectively. The GCA of early-yield and total yield in the parent 04 were the best. The special combining abilities(SCA)variance of early-yield in 03 and the SCA variance of total-yield in 06 was the best. The SCA of both early-yield and total-yield in combination of P 01 ×P 06 were the best.
