Lu Zaiyi, a contemporary Chinese composer, has made remarkable achievements in the fields of chorus and art songs.For over 20 years in the New Era, his compositions have constantly been focusing on the subject of his concerns for and philosophical perspectives of the fate of the nation and the future of his country. During this period,his composition style has also been transformed form that of a 'sunshine singer'full of youth romantic nature to that of a lonely wanderer with firm and profound tragic senses, who always insists on walking his won way,silently but determinedly,sticking to the divine and dedicative spirit regardless of all the temptations.On the second hand, he is also a perfectionist, who for all the time keeps a devout heart for his composition cause.
