摘要
新时期,为适应改革开放和社会主义现代化建设,我国的干部制度开始实行改革。20年来,中央为加强干部队伍建设、深化干部制度改革采取了一系列重大举措,干部制度改革取得了明显的进展,正在向科学化、民主化、制度化的目标迈进。但科学的培养、选拔、任用、考核、监督机制尚未形成,干部制度改革依然任重而道远。
In order to meet the need of the opening - up and reforms and the construction of socialism modernization, China has been reforming its cadre system. During the past 20 years, the system was getting scientific, democratic and systematic. However , the mechanisms of training, choosing, appointing, checking and supervising have not been formed. The reforms still need more works and time.
