弗洛姆“逃避自由”思想对解析我国社会转型期民众心理的启示

The Revelation of Peoples Mental State during the Social Transition Period in China in Perspective of Fromms Thought of "Escape from Freedom"

弗洛姆的学术贡献之一是对人类自由进行了独到的剖析,指出在追求自由的进程中,人类摆脱了封建的束缚,却迎来了新的羁绊,从而造成了资本主义社会人的困境,处于困境中的现代人出现了极力逃避自由的反常现象。目前我国社会正处于剧烈的转型期,民众心理同样广泛存在着弗洛姆所指出的机械趋同、破坏欲、权威主义三种“逃避自由”机制的现象,这些问题成为我国社会各方面进一步发展所面临的严峻挑战。

One of Fromms scholastic contributions is his original analyses on the freedom of human beings, and he points out that human beings confront the new obstacles while they fight off the old constraints on their way to pursue the liberty, which leads to the modern mans dilemma in capitalist society. The modern man is afraid of this freedom and tries to escape from it. This paper analyses in detail the Chinese peoples three typical escaping mechanism based on the features of the social transition period: mechanical conformity, wrecking desire and authoritarian. These problems have formed a grim challenge against further developments of the society in all aspects.
