Controlling Decision Support Processes by Problem-Model-Solution Hierarchical Method

本文首先给出一个决策支持过程(DSP)控制的系统结构模型,进而提出了保证智能决策支持系统(IDSS)对DSP实现智能优化控制的方法:问题-模型-求解递阶分层法(PMSH)。应用该方法开发实现的智能化问题处理系统已构成了《陕西省科技经济社会协调发展宏观决策支持系统》原型的核心部分。

This paper, at first, presents a structural model of the decision support process control system. Furthermore, an intelligent optimizing control method. i. e. the problem - model - solution hierarchical method (PMSH) , is put forward to control the decision support processes in intelligent decision support systems (IDSS). An intelligent problem processing system has been implemented in accordance with PMSH, which is the core of the prototype of the Decision Support System of Macrocopic Coordinative Development of Science and Technology, Economy and Society in Shanxi Province (SXSES-DSS).
