贺兰山国家级自然保护区实施退牧还林(草),解决了历史遗留的林牧矛盾,实现了封山禁牧,测定出封山禁牧在生态环境建设中的作用和效果。
It's the establishment of Returning Husbandry to Forestry (Grass) that solves the contradictory between forestry and husbandry and bring about closing hills and forbidding husbandry. The role and effect of closing hills and forbidding husbandry are determined in eco-environment development.
