安徽省肥西县新型农村合作医疗研究(二)——农村居民住院医疗费用负担调查与分析

Study on New Rural Cooperative Medical system in Feixi County Anhui Province - Investigation on Medical Expense of Hospitalization(2)

分析了肥西县农村居民住院医疗费用总体负担水平、住院医疗费用负担机构分布情况和不同社会特征人群的住院医疗费用负担情况,以及住院间接费用负担水平。并得出:肥西县农村居民住院医疗费用负担较重,特别是人均纯收入较低人群;不同医疗单位住院费用差异显著,县外医院住院费用比例过高;不同特征人群的住院医疗费用负担不均衡。

The paper analyzed the total burden level and the burden of different medical institutions and different groups of medical expense of hospitalization, and the burden level of indirect medical expense of hospitalization. The research indicates that the burden of medical expense of hospitalization is higher than that of the avergae level in China in 1998; the burden of different medical institutions is different; the burden of dieeerent groups in undalanced.
