日本体育制度改革对竞技体育的影响

Influence on Competitive Sports by the Reform of Japan Sports System

日本在28届奥运会上,由上届金牌5枚飞跃到16枚,获得奖牌总数第5位的优异成绩,并非来之容易,这与政府20世纪80年代末起痛感竞技体育长期一蹶不振,并积极采取一系列制度的改革措施有直接关系。尤其体育指导员认定资格的不断改进、90年的JOC从日本体育协会独立出来、JISS的设立、文部大臣(现称文部科学大臣)制定的《体育振兴基本计划》等举措的出台,对竞技体育的发展起到了重要的作用。

Japan makes a rapid progress of its gold medal in Athens Olympic Games, this achievement has a close relation with the reform of sports system. Qualification attestation of sports instructor improved constantly, JOC is separated from the Japanese athletic association in 1990s, JISS is established, some measures were constituted, all these play an important role to developing competitive sports.
