Study on Personnel Training of Sports Tourism in Southwest Region

西南地区得天独厚的自然资源和良好的政策支持促使体育旅游得以蓬勃开展。发展体育旅游,必须要重视其人才培养。采用文献资料法、专家访谈法和问卷调查法对西南地区体育旅游人才培养现状进行分析,阐明体育旅游人才培养目前所处的困境,结合西南地区体育旅游发展的特点提出相应的对策。

Sports Tourism gets a rapid development in southwest region is benefit from the advantaged resource and good policy. Personnel training makes an important role during the development of sports tourism. By using the method of documentary, questionnaire and expert-interview, this paper analyzes the current situation of personnel training in southwest region, indicates the puzzledom of sports tourism personnel training, then puts forward the countermeasures of personnel training in the development of sports tourism in southwest region.
