口腔颌面部恶性肿瘤患者体内癌胚抗原的放射免疫分析

The radioimmunoassay of CEA in patients with oral and maxillofacial malignant tumors

本研究用RIA对43例口腔颌面部恶性肿瘤患者体内CEA进行了研究。结果表明:CEA对颌面部恶性肿瘤病人无诊断和监测意义,测定颌面部恶性肿瘤患者治疗前血浆CEA值也几乎无诊断价值。

In this experiment, CEA in 43 patients with oral and maxillofacial malignant tumors was studied by mcans of the radioimmunoassay. The results showed that measuring serum CEA had no significance in diagnosing and monitoring malignant tumors of the oral and maxillofacial region.
