略阳发电厂4号输煤皮带粉尘污染严重,落煤管进出口的高度落差和碎机煤机转子高速旋转产生的正压气流是产生粉尘污染的最根本的原因,原有设备无法有效解决正压气流中的粉尘。重新设计安装DSX型多点负压、多级旋流湿式除尘系统后粉尘污染得到有效治理。

The Dust of coal conveyer belt is serous in No. 4 Luoyang Power Plant. The difference of inlet and outlet of the pipe for coal flowing down and the positive pressure air created by the high speed rotating of the coal crashing machine is very high. The original machine can not solve the problems of the dusk created from the positive pressure air. The newly designed wet type dedust system can solve this problem.
