血清CK-MB、Mb、cTnI检测急性心肌梗塞的临床应用

The Clinical Application of Serum CK-MB,Mb,cTnI analyses in acute Myocardial infarction

目的 :了解急性心肌梗塞 (AMI)时 ,血清肌酸激酶同工酶 (CK MB)、肌红蛋白 (Mb)、心肌肌钙蛋白I(cT nI)的变化。方法 :用Access微粒子化学发光全自动免疫分析仪器 .由BACKMAN公司提供的配套试剂 ,以检测血清CK MB ,Mb、cTnI的浓度。结果 :AMI患者血清CK MB、Mb、cTnI均数均高于健康对照组 ,其敏感性CK MB 32 .8%、Mb4 1 .8%、cTnI 1 0 0 %。结论 :血清CK MB、Mb、cTnI的连续检测对急性心肌梗塞的诊断、治疗和愈后具有指导价值。

Objective To understand the changes of CK-MB,Mb and cTnI in acute Myocardial infarction.Methods Chemiluminescence immunoassay is employed the study for the concentration analysis of CK-MB,Mb and cTnI.Results The average level of CK-MB,Mb andcTnl of AMI patient is higher than that of normal control,The diagnosis sensitivities respectively are:Monitor 32.8 % of CK-MB,41.8 % of Mb and 100 % of cTnI.Conclusion serum CK-MB,Mb and cTnI level change is valuable for the diagnosis and therapy effect in AMI patients.
