双侧游离端义齿咀嚼效能的测定和分析

Test and analysis of masticatory performance of bilateral free—end removeable partial denture

本文采用吸光度法测定了62例肯氏Ⅰ类牙列缺损者戴用双侧游离端义齿前后的咀嚼效能。结果表明:1.肯氏Ⅰ类牙列缺损患者戴用双侧游离端义齿后咀嚼效能随戴义齿时间延长而逐步提高,至戴义齿3个月趋于稳定。2.影响双侧游离端义齿咀嚼效能的主要因素,按其相关程度排列依次为缺失(牙合)单位数、(牙合)力、年龄、人工牙种类、牙槽嵴吸收程度和义齿所在颌位,其中(牙合)力与咀嚼效能呈正相关,其它因素与其呈负相关。性别、咀嚼习惯、戴义齿经验与咀嚼效能无相关。

62 cases using bilateral free—end removable partial denture were selected Masticatory performance and biting force are tested, Occlusion sound was used to determine the state of occlusion. Test food used in this study was peanut and the instrument was spectrometer. all cases were tested before using denture, one week, one month and three months after that It was showed that masticatory performance was singificantly related to number ot occlusion unit biting force, age, kind of artificial tooth and absorbed degree of alveolar bone.
