摘要
建立了小黑杨转基因受体系统 ,利用农杆菌介导法将蜘蛛神经毒肽与bt基因C末端肽组成的融合基因导入小黑杨中 ,获得了 3个小黑杨转抗虫基因植株 ,转化子为A1、A2、A3,并对其进行了GUS活性及目的基因PCR检测。初步证明A1、A2、A3为转基因阳性植株。
The acceptor system of tans-gene Populus xiaohei was established, and Populus xiaohei plants transformed with fusion gene which is composed of the C terminal of bt gene and the spider insecticidal peptide were gained through agrobacterium tumefaciens transformation. The transformed plants with insect-resistance were marked as A1, A2 and A3, and GUS activity and PCR detection were conducted. The results show that the fusion gene has been transformed into the plants.
