仁用杏铜锌元素与多酚氧化酶、超氧化物歧化酶活性的关系 被引量:7

摘要 用大田土壤施肥法 ,对仁用杏不同部位铜锌元素与多酚氧化酶 (PPO)、超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)活性关系进行的研究表明 :同时施用 6 0mg/kg铜液和 6 0mg/kg锌液 ,除使仁用杏细根PPO活性有所降低 (- 7.4 4 % )外 ,其它各部位PPO活性均有提高 (4.5 4 %~ 6 9.6 6 % ) ;铜、锌单独施用 ,也可不同程度地提高 (1.16 %~ 89.2 7% )各部位PPO活性 ;铜、锌对SOD的影响比较复杂 ,二者单独施用 ,可使叶部SOD活性有所提高 (6 .6 7%~ 8.0 1% ) ,同时施用 ,该部位相应值明显降低 (- 2 5 .98% ) ,单独或同时施用对枝部与粗根部SOD活性均有提高 (5 .14 %~ 2 7.71% )作用 ,对干部SOD无明显影响 ,对细根部SOD活性有降低 (- 1.2 5 %~ - 9.5 7% )作用。 An experiment was conducted to study the relationships between Cu, Zn and polyphenol oxidase (PPO), superoxide dismutase (SOD) activities in various organs of Prunus armeriaca L. by supplying fertilizer to field soil. The result shows that interaction of Cu and Zn with the same concentration of 60 mg/kg reduces PPO activity in fine roots by 7.44%, but improves the PPO activities in other organs by 4.54%~69.66%. Both Cu and Zn increase PPO activity in every organ by 1.16%~89.27% when used separately. Cu and Zn having complex effects on SOD can increase SOD activity in leaves by 6.67%~8.01% when used separately, while obviously reduce the value of the same part by 25.98% when supplied in common. Whether supplied together or separately, Cu and Zn improve SOD activity in branches and thick roots by 5.14%~27.71%, decrease the value in fine roots by 1.25%~9.57%, and have no significant influence on the value in trunk.
