摘要
野外观察及接种试验表明引起油松落针病的病原菌为针叶散斑壳菌 (Lophodermiumconigenium(Brunaud)Hilitz)。该病菌的侵染循环为 1年 1个世代周期。病原菌靠有性时期子囊孢子在空气中飞散传播。孢子飞散高峰期在 9~ 10月份。孢子在较低的温度下能够萌发 ,菌丝生长的最佳温度在 2 0℃左右 ,菌丝在葡萄糖为碳源的培养基上生长速度最快 ,pH =6时菌丝生长最好。
The pathogen caused needle cast of Chinese pine is Lophodermium conigenium (Brunaud) Hilitz. was obtained by field survey and inoculation test. This pathogen has a full circle life a year, and spreads in the form of pycniospore in the air. The high peak of spore spreading is from September to October. Spores can sprout to become into hyphae in lower temperature, and the proper temperature for hyphae growing is about 20 ℃. Hyphae grow fastest in mediums with glucose as the carbon ingredient. When PH is 6, hyphae grow best.
